Schedule:

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM
  • Starting Location: From the shop
  • Route: The 5K trail loop
  • Pace: All paces are welcome!

 Run Structure:
  • Start: We start out together.
  • Safety: You won't get lostβ€”we run the same route every time! The group will disperse a bit based on pace, but everyone stays on the familiar 5K loop.

Every Saturday, long run training leading up to the Austin Marathon!
  • When: Every Saturday (until the Austin Marathon)
  • Distance: 7 to 10 miles
  • Inclusivity: All paces welcomed!
