Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM
- Starting Location: From the shop
- Route: The 5K trail loop
- Pace: All paces are welcome!
Run Structure:
- Start: We start out together.
- Safety: You won't get lostβwe run the same route every time! The group will disperse a bit based on pace, but everyone stays on the familiar 5K loop.
Every Saturday, long run training leading up to the Austin Marathon!
- When: Every Saturday (until the Austin Marathon)
- Distance: 7 to 10 miles
- Inclusivity: All paces welcomed!
