What is HYROX?
  • The HYROX race itself consists of 8 kilometers of running alternated with 8 functional workout stations, such as sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, and wall balls.

Club Purpose & Overview:
  • Goal: To provide a supportive environment for training for HYROX events or improving overall running and functional fitness.
  • Affiliation: Often affiliated with local gyms (like F45 Training).
  • Target Audience: Open to members and non-members, with a focus on building strength, stamina, and speed for runners of all levels.
