👟 East ATX Training Club: Where Training Meets Community
We offer virtual and in-real-life (IRL) training tailored for every runner and every goal!
🗓️ Weekly Training Session:
- Day & Time: Every Wednesday, 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM CST
- Location: Yellow Jacket Stadium (3101-3189 Hargrave St, Austin, Texas 78702)
- Focus: Weekly track session, often training towards target races like the Austin Marathon.
💰 Training Program & Cost:
- Structure: This is a paid training club, offering training blocks of 6–20 weeks.
- Includes:
- Weekly Track Session
- 2 Strength Sessions
- All weekly running programming
- Long Runs: Focus on running the specific course of the target race or joining a running club.
- First Session: Your first session or week is complimentary!
🏃♀️ Runner Details:
- Runner Level: Ranges from new to running, to first-time marathoners, or those training for their first Hyrox competition.
- Session Miles: Depending on skill and current fitness level, you can expect to run anywhere from 2.5 to 5 miles each session. (This varies based on your training block phase).
- Promise: Since we run around in circles, you'll never get lost or left behind!
